Your responsibilities will include strategizing and executing initiatives that integrate cutting‑edge cloud and digital solutions with healthcare‑specific compliance and operational considerations. You will act as the bridge between cross‑functional teams—sales, engineering, and client partnerships—ensuring the grow of superior consulting and technology services. Your leadership will be key in managing multi‑year, enterprise‑wide transformation projects, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic campaigns targeted at healthcare payors and providers, aligning with their evolving business and technology strategies.
Develop and implement comprehensive service engagement plans that promote close collaboration across sales, technical, and delivery teams.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering insights on healthcare technology trends, regulatory impacts, and emerging innovations.
Mentorteams to cultivate client‑focused strategies that drive revenue growth while ensuring excellence in customer service.
Continuously analyze market trends within the healthcare sector to proactively identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to drive exponential pipeline growth within large enterprise Healthcare accounts
The ability to influence internal teams across the organization to achieve desired customer outcomes Coordinate between the Account Team, Services lines, Client Partners, and Engineering to create the right solution and resolve customer issues quickly
Experienced in client expansionand service professional within the
Healthcare industry
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work within a fast‑paced environment, consistently delivering results
Develop a deep understanding of our customers business challenges and their technical environment to provide sales and technical support
The ability to clearly articulate technology, sales and solution designs
Drive Wipro's solutions set into various business and IT segments within your accounts
Demonstrate Wipro's product portfolio to key customer stakeholders, engage and build relationships with your customers
Knowledge of heterogeneous environments used by enterprise customers
Extensive experience selling service oriented solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation The expected compensation for this role ranges from $150,000.00 to $210,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
