Job Description:
Insight Global is looking for an Account Manager to join a financial services company best known as a large insurance brokerage.
Manage and service a dedicated existing book of business or portions of several books of business, valued around $1MIL in annual revenue.
Handle daily workflow including:
Client emails and phone calls
Audits, driver lists, and policy updates
Adding and deleting coverage
Certificates of insurance
Attend renewal meetings, prepare marketing submissions, and work with carrier partners.
Support team operations and help manage workloads in a fast‑paced, imperfect (but collaborative) environment.
Ensure exceptional client satisfaction while maintaining strong retention.
Compensation:
$85,000 to $110,000 per year annual salary.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
