Security Account Manager
Summary
Title: Security Account Manager ID: 1032 Location: Louisville, KY. Department: Operations
Description This position involves managing, coordinating, and training security personnel. The Security Manager must have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in the security industry, including at least five (5) years of experience managing a dedicated security contract of no less than 900 hours per week. The candidate must not have any felony convictions nationwide and should possess a thorough understanding of computer systems, including surveillance, access control, and Windows-based office applications.
In Addition, This Position Shall
Serve as the liaison between the Contractor and security personnel
Be responsible for all operations, equipment, training, and reporting requirements
Supervise and monitor the work of subordinate personnel
Wear professional business attire
Scheduling as required/requested by the client
Interviewing, pre-screening, and selection of security applicants
Disciplinary actions of subordinate personnel
Attending required and mandatory meetings
Managing hours/overtime
Assisting in billing/invoicing
Understanding and managing all applicable Labor Laws
Required to pass the background and fingerprinting process and drug test
