The
Business Associate Staffing Representative
provides assistance and guidance to nursing supervisors/managers/staff in need of general department information; provides clerical and telephone support to department and performs computer input of data for the five southern HMH hospitals (BMC, RMC, JSUMC, OMC and SOMC.)
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
Minimum 1 year related experience.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills, Ability to handle heavy phone volume.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
Some college or Associate's degree.
Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
