We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling technology business operating at the intersection of renewable energy, advanced analytics and SaaS. Their solutions support some of the world’s largest wind energy operators in improving asset performance, enhancing safety, and extending turbine lifecycles.

The Opportunity This is a strategic, senior sales role focused on a select number of high-profile enterprise customers across Europe. Rather than high-volume prospecting, you will work deeply within named accounts, navigating complex organizations, building executive-level relationships, and developing long-term commercial partnerships.

You will own the full sales cycle for high-value, recurring revenue solutions, combining services and software into outcome-driven propositions.

Key Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of named enterprise customers across Europe

Lead complex, multi-year sales cycles involving technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders

Position integrated inspection, analytics, and SaaS solutions as critical enablers of large-scale asset management

Develop strategic account plans, stakeholder maps, and expansion strategies to increase long-term value

Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver customer outcomes and unlock growth opportunities

Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management while consistently delivering against revenue targetsAct as a trusted advisor, bringing industry insight and market perspective to senior customer audiences

Candidate Profile

7+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven record of closing large, complex deals

Experience in one or more of the following:

Wind energy or renewable infrastructure

Industrial or asset-intensive technology solutions

Enterprise SaaS with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Strong experience selling into large, complex organizations with layered decision-making structures

Fluency in English is essential; German, Danish, or Spanish is a strong advantage

Comfortable operating in a high-growth, international environment

Willingness to travel across Europe (approximately 30–40%)
