The Real Estate Paralegal will support the legal team in managing real estate and commercial transactions. This role involves drafting and coordinating land agreements, managing title and due diligence processes, overseeing contract administration, and supporting project-level and portfolio-level transactions from development through closing. Responsibilities:

Draft and manage real estate documents including leases, easements, purchase agreements, options, amendments, and memoranda. Support project-level and portfolio-level transactions, including preparation of exhibits, schedules, and closing materials. Coordinate document execution, signature packages, recordings, and post-closing organization. Manage recording of land agreements Order and track title commitments; coordinate with title companies and counsel. Review and summarize title materials, surveys, and key contract terms. Track key dates, notice periods, extension milestones, insurance obligations, and payment requirements. Serve as primary liaison with outside counsel on real estate matters. Manage project LLC formation and administration (docs, EINs, agreements, compliance). Support financing transactions and lender due diligence. Qualifications:

3–7+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience. Experience with development or infrastructure preferred. Strong understanding of title review, land use documentation, and transaction coordination. Experience with multi-state transactions. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with document management systems a plus.
