Compensation 62k-65k

Responsibilities

Understand, manage and oversee all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting and marketing.

Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and increase retention, revenue, reputation and profitability.

Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high‑performing, cohesive team—including leasing, customer service, maintenance and management personnel—to maximize engagement and minimize turnover.

Establish and maintain industry contacts and relationships in the property's marketplace through trade organizations, property‑management associations, networking opportunities with vendor outreach and peer groups.

Support the company’s philosophy, goals and adhere to policies.

Ensure that all personnel in all departments operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.

Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.

Seek educational opportunities and pursue self‑improvement for personal growth and development.

Perform any other duties deemed necessary by the Regional Asset Manager.

Qualifications Education:

High School or better.

Experience:

5 years as a Property Manager.
