
Implement your program’s strategic plan in accordance with AHFC’s vision under the direction of the Elite Program Director. Ensure policies, strategic goals and objectives are in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Guide your program to achieve AHFC’s benchmarks and measurements.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure your program strategy is communicated to your customers as well as the overall gender’s program strategy in accordance with the club’s objectives and goals
Implement program strategy by working together with other program, campus and technical director; responsible for suggesting adjustment to better meet your program needs
Promote AHFC’s vision internally (program directors, campus directors and staff coaches), the customer base (parents and players), industry peers and for college coaches, if applicable, to ensure consistent execution
Communicate with all customers, campus directors, staff coaches, Administrators, Board of Directors, volunteers and parents as effectively as possible
Identify and execute opportunities for program and club growth
Utilize and expand existing relationships with key partners, industry leaders and college coaches, if applicable, to gain a better understanding of the customers need, market trends and to increase player college placement opportunities
Manage and monitor new initiatives and programs that will benefit your program and the overall success and progress of the club
Program Maintenance
Oversee and ensure the AHFC AR policy is enforced for your program
Ensure AHFC’s player expectations and policy rules are consistency enforced
Prepare weekly dashboard for the Technical Director
Ensure your program’s social media accounts – Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc. - are active with postings and that you are promoting these accounts as well as the AHFC accounts
Ensure your High School players are registered in AHFC’s College Bound program and the player information is maintained and accurate including verbal commitments
Prior to signing day, prepare a list of the players that are signing and forward to Technical Director, General Manager and webmaster for posting
Schedule, in conjunction with your Program Director, College Coach led sessions and ensure they are properly posted
Implement AHFC team and player measurements and reporting; provide feedback to Program Directors for improvements
Monitor and report on player practice attendance, game reports and general team communication for teams in your program.
Recruit and retain players to maintain and improve overall program standards.
Ensure game strategy and performance follow AHFC philosophy
Assist Technical Director with coaching development and learning by providing feedback and recommendation
Attend league and association meetings as required
Review weekly game schedule and annual tournament schedule for accuracy
Attend and contribute as required at Director & Staff meetings
Ensure AHFC Health, Safety and Risk Management standards are implemented and look to improve
Responsible for all ECNL teams league, showcase and events schedules
Implement the coaching curriculum as outlined by the Technical Director
Assist in-house, in-service training for the development and learning of all club coaches and directors
Ensure AHFC ENCL games and events are coordinated with the AHFC Travel coordinator
Responsible for ECNL home events Set up and Take down, organizing Referees and Medical Trainers
Attend PDP ID2 events and US Market Training centers and when possible take part in these events
Player & Team Development
Ensure player development standards are met through player evaluations and effective training sessions in line with player’s ability as outlined by the curriculum
Ensure player promotion opportunities are available for suitable in-house candidates and be active in player movement process from ECNL to Elite teams
Ensure health of Elite teams are not compromised through lack of external player recruitment
Be familiar with your program players to facilitate team formation and appropriate player placement
Ensure your program’s competition level attracts and retain players, including new & current leagues, tournaments, showcases & programs (local, state, regional & national)
Understand AHFC college bound players, their target colleges and ensure college programs are made aware of them
