ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Manager, Regional Marketing owns patient acquisition and retention outcomes across assigned West Coast markets. This role partners closely with regional and clinical leadership to translate enterprise marketing strategies into market-level execution. Success requires strong executive presence, data fluency, and the ability to operate independently while leveraging centralized marketing resources.
Market Ownership & Growth
Own new patient acquisition, retention performance, and value-based care membership growth for assigned markets
Monitor daily and weekly performance across clinics, including acquisition sources, retention rates, fill rates, and campaign results
Develop market-specific growth plans in partnership with market presidents and practice managers
Manage regional marketing budget with clear ROI accountability
Stakeholder Leadership
Serve as the primary marketing partner to market presidents, clinical leaders, and practice managers
Present strategies, performance, and recommendations to senior leadership using data-backed insights
Represent Marketing in regional leadership forums and cross-functional initiatives
Local Market Execution
Build deep understanding of regional dynamics, including competition, demographics, payer mix, and clinic capacity
Lead community partnerships, sponsorships, and local events that drive acquisition and retention
Coordinate with centralized marketing on local SEO, paid media, social, and campaign execution
Partner with Engagement and Retention leadership on local retention initiatives
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report acquisition, retention, campaign performance, and event ROIAnalyze attribution data and maintain a regional event and performance database
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business required; MBA preferred
5+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated ownership of growth outcomes
Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing without direct authority
Strong understanding of acquisition and retention strategies across digital and community channels
Healthcare or regulated-industry experience with working knowledge of HIPAA preferred
Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills

CRM and campaign management systems
Microsoft Office and presentation tools
