As a Senior Salesforce Consulting Manager at PwC, you will utilize a wide range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will work directly with clients to analyze their needs, implement innovative solutions, and deliver effective training and support for Salesforce applications. Your expertise will empower clients to enhance operational efficiency and reach their strategic objectives. In this role, you will grow into a strategic advisor, leveraging your expertise, influence, and network to drive quality outcomes. You will inspire and coach your team, collaborating to solve complex challenges. With increasing autonomy, you will exercise sound judgment, recognizing when to act or escalate issues. As part of the Salesforce Consulting team, your responsibilities will include leading the creation and implementation of Salesforce technology-enabled solutions tailored to client needs. In this senior management position, you will establish strategic direction, drive business growth, and build strong executive-level client relationships while mentoring emerging leaders. This role demands visionary problem-solving skills and the ability to foster talent within teams, delivering inventive solutions in a dynamic environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree

7+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce consulting.

Preferred Qualifications: Fields of study: Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems.

Salesforce.com certifications such as Certified Administrator, Developer, or Sales/Service/Salesforce Industries.

Exhibit thought leadership in Salesforce technology solutions.

Lead teams in developing compelling client proposals and solutions.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking.

Deliver thorough presentations effectively and persuasively.

Perform software configuration and coding within Salesforce.com.

Successfully lead Salesforce Industry engagements.

Familiarity with Agile and SAFe methodologies.

Salary Range:

$124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hires are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
