Position Summary: Provide outstanding service and empathy to vehicle owners and clients regarding claims for various lines of business. Expedite the claims process and document all calls thoroughly, achieving resolution in a single interaction. Key Responsibilities: Assign new claims to appropriate handlers efficiently. Accurately enter verbal and written application information into the required systems. Contact customers through calls and written correspondence regarding documentation needed for claims, required time frames, and status updates. Communicate professionally with customers over the phone. Make informed decisions within your responsibilities. Manage approximately 40 to 70 inbound and outbound calls daily addressing a wide range of queries. Demonstrate typing proficiency of at least 35 words per minute. Help maintain a quality service culture within the Customer Service Team. Additional Functions: Perform other duties as required based on company needs. Qualifications: Education:

High school diploma or GED required. Experience:

At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center setting. Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team. Must possess strong organizational skills and effective problem-solving abilities. Commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences and meeting performance expectations. Resilience in changing situations and a positive attitude are essential. Work Environment: Reliable high-speed internet connection required, suitable for video conferencing. Must have a quiet, professional workspace free from distractions. As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable compensation range for this role, which is ($18 - $20 USD hourly).
