Loan Processing / Post-Closing Specialist

and play a crucial role in our lending team. In this position, you will ensure that loans are processed, funded, and documented with precision and efficiency. What You'll Do: Prepare, review, and finalize loan documentation for funded loans. Manage post-closing duties such as booking loans, handling trailing documents, ensuring collateral perfection, and tracking ticklers. Verify that all loan files comply with internal bank policies and regulatory standards. Coordinate effectively with lenders, processors, title companies, and attorneys to resolve post-closing issues. Maintain meticulous loan files, both paper and electronic. Assist in audits, examinations, and internal reviews related to loan documentation. Monitor exceptions, upcoming renewals, and document expirations. What We're Looking For: 3-5+ years of experience in

loan processing, loan operations, or post-closing

within a bank or credit union. Experience with Processing Escrow (residential and commercial)

is a significant advantage. Thorough understanding of commercial and consumer loan documentation. Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through skills. Proficiency in working with loan systems and document imaging platforms. Ability to juggle multiple files and deadlines without compromising accuracy.
