Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager, based in the Greater Chicago Area. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations and management of assigned commercial and residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include tenant relations, lease administration, property inspections, compliance with safety regulations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and budget management. The successful candidate will play an integral role in maintaining and improving property standards while working towards achieving business goals. Qualifications
Property management expertise, including tenant relations and lease administration experience Building maintenance, safety regulations, and compliance management skills Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control Experience overseeing capital projects, including tenant improvement projects Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and time management skills Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in property management software and general computer applications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; relevant certification (e.g., Real Property Administrator - RPA or Certified Property Manager - CPM) is a plus Previous experience in managing commercial properties in urban environments preferred
