This full‑time in‑person role, based in Tacoma, WA. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will manage the real estate transaction process from contract to close, ensuring timely delivery of documents, compliance with regulations, and superior accuracy. Responsibilities include coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, escrow, and lenders to ensure a seamless transaction experience. You will also provide customer service to clients and assist in resolving any transaction‑related issues promptly. This is a salaried position with additional performance incentives. Qualifications

Proficiency in Transaction Coordination and Transaction Management to ensure smooth workflow and process efficiency Familiarity with Escrow processes and an understanding of real estate compliance requirements Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and all stakeholders professionally Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience in real estate or a similar setting is preferred Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in real estate transaction platforms or related software is a plus
