Soliant is growing our Pharmacy Recruiting team in Oldsmar, FL. This is an onsite position. We are looking for an individual who is metrics driven, comfortable with cold calling and maintaining relationships with existing clients and consultants. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and works well in a collaborative environment.

Identify talent within the Pharmaceutical industry to work in healthcare settings nationwide
Prospect clients and understand their staffing needs
Build a book of business with pharmaceutical professionals
Work as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates to negotiate employment contracts
Maintain relationships with candidates and manage employment contracts
What you'll need to succeed
Previous sales experience or strong interest in sales and recruiting
Comfortable communicating over the phone and cold calling
Strong work ethic and passion to grow in sales
