Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tucson, AZ, for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations of assigned properties, including tenant relations, lease management, property inspections, and resolving issues to ensure resident satisfaction. The role includes supervising maintenance activities, managing budgets and financial reports, enforcing compliance with property policies, and ensuring timely rent collection. Other responsibilities include handling vendor contracts, marketing vacancies, and ensuring properties meet safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Experience in property management, lease administration, and tenant relations
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting
Knowledge of maintenance processes, vendor coordination, and safety regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Proficiency in property management software and basic office applications
Ability to manage time effectively and address issues with problem-solving skills
Experience with marketing and leasing strategies is a plus
