Responsibilities

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve service quality
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our customer service database
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate
Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining a friendly and supportive attitude
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and efficient time management skills
Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
Resilience and ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations
Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we value enthusiasm and the right attitude!
