Job Summary We are hiring a
Customer Service Representative
to handle resident and property manager inquiries, resolve service issues, and support daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership, follows processes, and understands that good customer service is about
solutions, not excuses .
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to emails regarding service questions and issues
Assist residents and property managers with valet trash and other CCS services
Accurately document all interactions in internal systems
Coordinate with operations and management teams to resolve issues
Follow customer service scripts, workflows, and escalation procedures
Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume or challenging situations
Meet response time and resolution expectations
Qualifications
1+ year of customer service experience (call center, property management, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and systems at once
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Front, or similar). We utilize proprietary software but experience here is a plus.
