Join Our Team! We’re looking for a
Sales Support Specialist
to serve in the role of
Bulk Landscape Material and Sales Coordinator
as the primary link between our outside sales team and internal support teams, including Pricing, Purchasing, Local Branches, and Project Services. This role ensures timely, accurate, and professional service to both our sales force and customers, supporting company growth and strategic objectives.
What You’ll Do
Provide world class customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate any delays or issues proactively
Enter and manage sales orders and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Work closely with dispatch and branch teams to schedule deliveries or assist with customer requests
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and maintain operational efficiencies to reduce risks and perform at a high level.
Own and manage tasks through completion, to ensure high quality outcomes
Act as the main point of communication between sales and internal teams.
Collaborate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and optimize margins.
Assist in developing accounts by researching opportunities and preparing quotations.
Participate in company meetings and contribute to internal communications.

Qualifications
Ability to perform mathematic calculations quickly and accurately
Open minded problem solving
P21 proficiency preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency with basic technology tools and systems.
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
Experience in sales support or administrative roles preferred.
