Our team plays a vital role at every step of the Pro customer journey, from efficient order fulfillment and safe loading to expert product recommendations and customized delivery solutions. As a member of the Pro Customer Service and Sales Team, you will: Build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers. Proactively drive sales through in-depth product knowledge and personalized recommendations. Assist at the Pro Desk, manage deliveries, and share specialized paint and product expertise. Meet monthly sales goals and contribute to driving store performance. Collaborate with team members to resolve delivery issues and uphold store cleanliness and safety standards. In this role, you will support customers' unique project needs while helping to ensure their success. Bilingual communication skills may be preferred at certain locations, based on customer requirements. Location: Pittsfield, MA Pay Range: $17.00 - $19.00
