Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality termite management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential, industrial, institutional, and commercial customers.
Inspect customer properties inside and outside for signs of termite activity and damage.
Install and remove/upgrade termite baiting stations.
Inspect and bait stations on a regular basis.
Serve as a consultant for termite damage remediation services as necessary.
Build strong relationships with customers and be attentive to their needs in controlling termites.
Seek opportunities for customer base growth.
Read and follow all label instructions for products used while performing termite management services.
Develop and maintain records of activities, such as service tickets, installations, inspection reports, and service agreements.
Serve as a key member of the branch team.

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license.
Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass a criminal history background check, physical exam, and drug screen.
Experience in the home services industry is preferred but not required.
Ready to obtain pesticide licensure within the training period (company paid).
Physical Demands / Working Environment
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. to inspect for activity and damage.
Able to work in all types of weather conditions.
