
An established and mission‑driven organization is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join its dynamic legal department. This role provides direct support to senior legal leadership and serves as a key liaison between internal teams, outside counsel, and third‑party partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities Legal & Administrative Support
Proactively manage legal intake, routing, and timely responses to internal client requests
Draft and edit legal documents, including contracts, memoranda, notices, and correspondence
Conduct legal research and factual investigations
Monitor and maintain attorney calendars, meeting deliverables, and deadlines
Maintain department files, board books, and legal software databases
Contract & Document Management
Track, manage, and organize company contracts, notices, discovery requests, real estate files, and finance documentation
Draft, review, and maintain contracts, addendums, and supporting documents
Prepare and coordinate notices, agendas, minutes, and materials for Board and Committee meetings
Transactional & Compliance Support
Assist with transaction closings, including loans, property acquisitions/sales, and easements
Support annual financial audit response preparation and submission
Process outside counsel invoices and reconcile P‑Card statements
Support corporate compliance initiatives, including evidence retention and regulatory readiness
Department Operations
Submit purchase requisitions and support financial and administrative workflows
Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to ensure efficient department operations; provide backup support as needed (e.g., calendar management, reporting, travel arrangements, supply orders)
Serve as a professional, responsive point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience (graduate degree preferred)
