About the role We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic
IT Asset Management (ITAM) Lead
to drive our asset management initiatives and ensure optimal utilization, compliance, and cost‑efficiency across our IT landscape. The ideal candidate must possess deep hands‑on expertise with ITAM tools, particularly ServiceNow, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, ITOM, and CMDB, and have a proven track record of leading successful migrations and transitions to new ITAM service platforms. This role demands a forward‑thinking professional capable of elevating our ITAM maturity and aligning asset strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
8-10 years of extensive experience in IT Asset Management or related roles.
Expert hands‑on experience with ITAM tools, especially ServiceNow, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, ITOM, and CMDB.
Proven experience in managing and executing ITAM tool migrations and transitions.
Strong knowledge of cloud assets, Azure hosting, SaaS licenses, and cloud cost optimization (FinOps).
Familiarity with COTS tools, SaaS management, and licensing compliance.
Deep understanding of ITAM maturity models, compliance standards, and best practices.
Knowledge of ISO/IEC 19770 series (SAM) and ISO/IEC 27001/27017/27018 standards related to cloud and asset management.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership in managing cross‑functional teams and complex projects.
Continuously improve ITAM processes, tools, and workflows to support organizational growth and technological advancements.
Lead strategic programs and support the ITAM team global objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Engineering or equivalent in computer science or IT.
