This is a part-time, on-site role for a Leasing Agent, located in Somers Point, NJ. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants, managing leasing-related inquiries, conducting property tours, handling lease agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with current tenants. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with property management policies, and supporting the property management team in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Leases and Lease Administration
Experience in Property Management and Residential Leasing
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficient with standard office software and property management tools
Prior experience in property leasing or real estate is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in real estate is advantageous
