
50Floor, Inc. is looking for a service-oriented
Customer Service Representative
with good organizational skills. This position will be based in our Charlotte Market. The Customer Service Representative will perform tasks related to organization and communication between external and internal customers.
Customer Service Representative role will include communication with the customers throughout the purchase and installation process, coordination with other team members to resolve customer issues, and addressing post-sale product warranty questions. The right fit for the Customer Service position will have good communications skills, be able to stay organized, show a sense of urgency in solving customer concerns, and take a pro-active approach to supporting their team.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Field incoming customer calls
Data-entry
Communicate with vendors regarding claims and warranty issues
Pro-actively follow up on client issues to ensure problems are resolved appropriately
Communicate changes and collaborate with internal teams
Filing, faxing, scanning, and other administrative support duties assigned
Customer Service Representative Skills Needed:
Positive and professional demeanor
Customer-oriented approach and desire to assist others
Superior organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience preferably on the phone
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly
High School Diploma or equivalent; college courses in business and/or courses requiring extensive writing preferred
