What You’ll Do:
Direct day-to-day clinical operations within Assisted Living
Ensure compliance with state assisted living regulations and survey readiness
Lead quality assurance, risk management, and corrective action planning
Collaborate with therapy, culinary, resident life, maintenance, housekeeping, finance, and sales teams to deliver exceptional care
Serve as the primary liaison for residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Manage staffing schedules based on resident acuity and operational needs
Oversee clinical budgets, labor management, supplies, and documentation systems
Maintain and supervise EMR/EHR clinical documentation standards
Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop clinical team members
Provide on-call leadership support to maintain continuity of care
What You’ll Need:
Current Illinois Registered Nurse license required
CPR certification required
Minimum three years of assisted living clinical leadership experience
Strong knowledge of state regulatory requirements for assisted living
Experience managing clinical budgets and staffing schedules
Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
Commitment to person-centered care and inclusive collaboration
