As a
Client Executive 2
supporting Sodexo’s Healthcare segment, you will serve as a trusted advisor to hospitals and health systems across California, strengthening client partnerships and ensuring high‑quality Environmental Services operations statewide. Centered in either Northern or Southern California, this role focuses on maintaining strong relationships, managing contracts, and leading teams to deliver predictable, reliable, and repeatable service results. With a deep understanding of California’s healthcare landscape and the unique needs of its communities, you will drive operational excellence across multiple sites while upholding Sodexo’s service commitments. Regular regional travel within California enables strong client engagement and consistent performance oversight. What You’ll Do
Lead client partnerships across California healthcare facilities, ensuring strong relationships and high‑quality service delivery. Manage contracts, service performance, and operational results across multiple hospital sites. Drive predictable, reliable, and repeatable Environmental Services outcomes aligned with Sodexo standards. Provide on‑site support through regular regional travel across Northern and Southern California. Lead, coach, and support diverse teams to maintain operational excellence and client satisfaction. Identify opportunities to enhance service quality, efficiency, and overall client value. What We Offer

Experience managing large, multi‑site client relationships within healthcare or service operations. Strong knowledge of California’s healthcare environment and regulatory expectations. Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and resolve complex operational challenges. Expertise in contract management, service delivery, and performance improvement. Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills with a client‑first mindset. Ability to travel regionally across California as needed to support clients. Who We Are
