About the Opportunity: The Assistant to David Schlichter will be an essential member of the team who will work closely with the team leader and the team’s Director of Operations to optimize his and the team’s efficiency, deliver the highest level of representation possible to his and the team’s clients, reach new clients, market the business, support the team leader’s ancillary businesses (coaching, investment properties, etc.), and perform occasional personal tasks on behalf of the team leader. The role will blend administrative duties with operations, marketing, strategy, client support, personal support, and more. It is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly successful team, make a big impact, learn from one of the region's most successful real estate agents, and earn increased responsibilities and compensation over time. Initial compensation will be commensurate with experience and will reward individual contributions and team results. The total initial annual compensation is expected to be in the range of $50,000-$65,000 with a mix of fixed salary and performance incentives, and there will be opportunities to earn increased compensation and responsibility over time based upon performance.

Initial Responsibilities
Assist with Operational/Administrative Efficiency
Assist with the team’s operations
Ensure that the team leader’s time is used as productively as possible
Maintain and contribute to systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, and lead follow-up
Coordinate the purchasing and preparation of office supplies and client gifts
Run errands as needed Pay bills and manage other tasks related to the team leader’s investment property portfolio
Assist with Listings and Certain Purchase Transactions
Help prepare listing and buyer presentations
Attend client meetings, take videos and notes, and draft follow‑up messages with action steps for seller clients who are preparing to list their homes
Ensure that white glove service is delivered to clients preparing their homes for the market and throughout their sale transactions by assisting with project management
Drop off/pick up lockboxes, shoe booties, and brochures
Prepare certain listings for photography (purchasing and installing staging items, occasional light cleaning of surfaces, etc.) and attend photography sessions
Assist with the creation/printing/folding/delivery of listing marketing materials
Prepare certain listings for showings (lights on/off and other tidying up)
Conduct regular property check‑ups of properties on the market
Coordinate marketing of open houses, including sign and balloon drop‑off/pick‑up occasionally
Input notes into client database and transaction management systems
Assist with coordinating access for repairs, inspections, appraisals
Conduct phone and email agent outreach to encourage showings on team listings and/or to request feedback from showings
Assist with tasks relating to the acquisition of and disposition of investment properties
Assist with Marketing the Business
Order and track supply inventory
Contribute to the team website(s), draft articles for blog(s), and assist with social media marketing
Write occasional handwritten notes and/or address envelopes to past and prospective clients
Assist with the execution of client appreciation and community service events
Print/fold/send marketing materials
Assist the team’s seasonal marketing campaigns
Support the team leader’s coaching business (updating its website, helping develop materials, preparing social media posts, etc.)

Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Email/Calendar/Meet/Sheets
Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Bachelor’s degree or above
Familiarity with residential real estate, REColorado, Compass, and/or CTMecontracts is beneficial but not required
Possession of a Colorado real estate broker license is beneficial but not required
Location The Schlichter Team is based out of the Compass office in Cherry Creek at 200 Columbine St. #400 Denver, CO 80206. This is an in‑person role.
