A nation-wide real estate investment organization is seeking an experienced

Corporate/Real Estate Paralegal

to join its in‑house legal team. This role supports multiple attorneys within a collaborative, fast-paced corporate environment and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a diverse range of legal responsibilities. Be a part of a long standing, tenured team who are all here locally to the Bay area! Key Responsibilities

Draft and review

corporate governance documents , including board resolutions, consents, and compliance filings. Manage

entity formations, dissolutions, and foreign registrations

across various jurisdictions; maintain minute books and organizational records. Assist with

due diligence

related to acquisitions, financings, and joint ventures; prepare transaction summaries and coordinate closing documents. Support

real estate transactions , including reviewing closing packages and property-related agreements. Ensure accurate and timely execution, filing, and tracking of all corporate compliance and governance materials. Maintain and update

entity management systems , legal databases, and form libraries. Coordinate with

outside counsel, title companies, and internal stakeholders

on corporate and real estate matters. Provide general support for ongoing legal operations and special projects as needed. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field (Paralegal Certificate preferred). 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience , ideally within real estate, corporate governance, or transactional law. Strong understanding of

corporate compliance, governance, and entity management . Experience supporting complex transactions and juggling multiple priorities. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through. Strong written/verbal communication skills, including proofreading and editing. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio); experience with legal entity platforms preferred. Professional, collaborative, and service-oriented approach. Compensation & Benefits

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably within real estate or corporate law, and has a strong command of corporate governance, entity management, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. They are skilled in drafting and reviewing governance documents, coordinating real estate transactions, preparing closing materials, and managing due diligence for acquisitions, financings, and joint ventures. This person excels at handling multiple complex projects simultaneously, maintains exceptional attention to detail, and communicates effectively with executives, attorneys, outside counsel, and internal teams. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proofreading ability, and a highly organized, proactive working style are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
