R2026-0263QTS’ **Director, Enterprise Integrations** is responsible for setting and executing on the vision for our key platforms within our Enterprise Integration space. This individual leads teams of departmental, cross-functional, and third-party support professionals in the optimization of our application usage and business process performance.
The Director, Enterprise Integrations also leads a team that works cross functionally with other business leaders to set strategy, inclusive of process and technology, and then leads the execution of set strategy.**RESPONSIBILITIES,** other duties may be assigned.* Platform Functional Roadmaps – Completion and maintenance of functional roadmaps through collaboration with business leaders and functional leaders, review of vendor release and roadmap materials.* Application & Business Process Enhancements – Scoping, planning, and execution of approved application enhancement projects, and requests for configuration changes.* System Availability, Confidentiality, and Security Standards - Development and implementation of EI Platform specific system support specifications and procedures in accordance with QTS Security and Data Governance standards.* User Support - Managing the completion of Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalated support cases for EI Platforms.* Leading Consultant Services – Proactively working with business leaders to continuously improve processes, increase automation and efficiently using our technology to allow for seamless scaling of the business.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS*** Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent professional experience* Ten or more years of progressive IT experience, preferably in Information Systems-focused roles* Five or more years of experience with Enterprise Integrations systems* Two or more years of people management experience, including cross-functional and third-party providers.* Experienced in Information Technology project management methodologies, has successfully completed a variety of Information Technology enhancement projects utilizing different project delivery models.**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS*** Prior experience working in the data center industry* Experience leading teams supporting Enterprise Integrations Platforms (Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.)* Experience leading teams working in Agile development framework.* Experience leading teams with Palantir or ontology based platforms**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES*** Change Agent - Excited about change, drives business process improvement and technology expansion within the business.
