Maximus is looking for enthusiastic customer support representatives to join our dynamic team. In this remote position, you will address basic inquiries and resolve routine issues through various communication channels such as phone, email, web chat, and written correspondence. This role is essential in supporting our government clients on important programs.
Please note that candidates must live within a 75-mile radius of the Maximus location in Pharr, Texas, and will need to pick up necessary equipment onsite.
This position will require obtaining a favorable Federal suitability clearance post-hire, as mandated by our client.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service for basic inquiries and routine issues through multiple communication channels.
Manage calls that primarily involve basic and routine matters.
Utilize our computerized tracking system for information gathering and troubleshooting.
Provide constructive feedback and insights about call trends, processes, and training materials.
Direct customers to published resources and senior staff when necessary.
Previous experience in a call center environment is highly preferred.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent, along with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
Ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English, both spoken and written.
This position is open to U.S. citizens only, with all work performed within the continental U.S. Candidates must be ready to pick up equipment at Maximus' Pharr, TX location.
