Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Property Manager role located in Marietta, GA. The Property Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are managed efficiently and in compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include tenant relations, managing maintenance, coordinating vendor services, preparing budgets, implementing cost controls, and ensuring properties remain in optimal condition. The role also involves addressing tenant inquiries, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely rent collections while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Property management experience, including tenant relations, lease administration, and budget preparation
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Knowledge of maintenance processes, vendor coordination, and building operations
Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic accounting principles
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders
Ability to analyze financial data and maintain cost-effective operational practices
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
Real Estate License or certifications in property management (e.g., CPM, RPA) are a plus
