
Director of Financial Aid & Associate Director of Admission

The Admission Office seeks a Director of Financial Aid and Associate Director of Admission. The primary responsibility is to oversee and administer $5 million dollars in financial aid to over 35% of the Proctor student body. The position is also a critical member of the Admission Team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage Proctor’s financial aid budget
Use and maintain the Clarity platform to review confidential financial aid documents
Lead the financial aid committee to determine financial aid awards
Audit and maintain all financial aid communication including the school website, Clarity platform, published financial aid guidelines, and general financial aid correspondence with families
Collaborate with Proctor's Development Office to identify students and support stewardship of the endowed scholarships program
Interview prospective students, represent the school at events on and off campus, evaluate candidates, and contribute to the Admissions Committee
The ideal candidate will have Financial Aid and Admission experience, Net Tuition Revenue Modeling experience, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, as well as quantitative/analytical skills. The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the financial aid process is of paramount importance. The annual salary is dependent on experience.
