Keep track of all tables and any other equipment that needs to be taken care of Clear tables as soon as possible Communicate with Captains and Hosts on what tables are readily available Sanitize and make sure plates, flatware, and all other essentials are ready to go Adhere to all sanitation and safety policies Keeping beverage glasses full Restock and keep track of all supplies necessary for guests and restaurant Physical Requirements
