Position Title: Bench Facilities Director

Job Summary The Bench Facilities Director supports new and existing SSC accounts in K‑12 and higher education settings. The role requires frequent travel, including overnight stays, and may involve relocation outside the Louisville area.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the activities of janitorial personnel to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and security.
Supervise, direct, and develop supervisors and hourly employees, ensuring high‑quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Communicate across shifts to guarantee task completion.
Train workers in janitorial methods, procedures, equipment operation, and safe practices.
Issue supplies and equipment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Conduct daily inspections, follow up on assignments, and enforce accountability.
Cross‑train personnel for multiple positions to build a versatile workforce.
Prepare weekly staff reports and inspections.
Secure buildings when work is completed.
Guide project completion to meet timelines and budgets.
Identify and report budgetary issues promptly.
