Practice Overview Consumer, Telco & Technology (CTT) – integrates consumer‑facing industries with technology and communication services, focusing on strategy, operations, risk management, and organization transformation.
Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day leadership of client projects and client relationships, teaming with Partners and sharing success of specific engagements.
Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on‑time delivery meeting agreed goals, leveraging Oliver Wyman best practices.
Guide and influence clients across all situations including the commercial process, becoming trusted advisors.
Fully engage in business development by identifying new and expanded opportunities.
Create and share thought‑leadership content to build intellectual capital.
Develop and coach team members, building a followership as part of firm asset building.
Serve as a role model for firm values, demonstrating a strong personal brand inside and outside the firm.
Oversee the consulting team in developing hypotheses, reviewing client information, conducting interviews, deriving insights, and producing deliverables.
Support Partners in project execution, including work planning, workflow management, and coaching/developing junior members.
Desired Skills & Experience
4‑7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting with a top‑tier firm.
Track record of leading and managing teams, delivering results in fast‑paced environments.
Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Quantitative, technical toolkit including proficiency in SQL and Python.
Machine learning, data science, AI/genAI capabilities preferred.
Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
Client management experience.
Ability to travel 50% of the time, including internationally.
