Position: Regional Director of Operations
Monogram Health is seeking a
Regional Director of Operations
to support the Regional Vice President. The role will be responsible for driving alignment between strategy and day-to-day execution among clinical pods to advance value-based care initiatives and improve patient outcomes. The ideal candidate has a sense of personal accountability for delivering both individual and team results. The role is responsible for supporting leadership in executing multi-market level strategies to meet and exceed company KPIs.
Responsibilities
Serve as subject matter expert for Pod operations across all roles
In collaboration with Regional VP, ensures performance of the Region, including respective Pods, are in alignment with operational and clinical targets
Conduct analysis of operational and clinical data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, escalating to Regional VP as necessary
Partners in development of dashboards and reporting tools (and priorities) to monitor KPIs and progress toward strategic goals
Provide insights and recommendations to inform executive decision-making
Serve as the central liaison between Field Operations and cross-functional partners to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely execution
Provide strategic coaching and mentorship to Market Managers to enhance leadership capabilities and operational performance
Triage concerns or escalations from Pod leadership and assist in directly handling escalations (e.g., IT, scheduling, HR, etc.)
Assist with development of communication and implementation of performance improvement initiatives across PodsIdentify gaps, risks, or conflicting priorities prior to wide scale roll out
Support Pods with interviewing and onboarding of Pod related roles
Lead or assist with high-priority projects assigned by Regional VP
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or professional experience; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or analytical roles
Proven analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Communication and relationship-building skills; ability to influence without authority
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in healthcare or high-growth environments preferred
