Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a Property Manager located in the Little Rock Metropolitan Area. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of rental properties, including leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination. Responsibilities include managing property budgets, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, inspecting properties, and addressing tenant concerns. Additionally, the Property Manager will be responsible for marketing properties to minimize vacancy periods and for fostering positive tenant relationships to maintain high occupancy rates.
Qualifications
Property Management experience, including tenant relations and leasing expertise
Skills in Budget Management and understanding of Local Laws and Regulations relevant to property operations
Proficiency in Maintenance Coordination, Property Inspections, and Vendor Management
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain positive tenant relationships
Detail-oriented for handling records, leases, and compliance requirements
Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution abilities to address tenant issues efficiently
Proficiency with property management software and commonly used office applications
Background in real estate or relevant certifications is a plus
High level of organization and time-management skills are essential
