The Role:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will take ownership of your region, driving product adoption, improving patient outcomes, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
Support the transition from a distributor-led model to a direct sales structure
Achieve and exceed budgeted sales growth
Execute national and regional strategies aligned with direction from the National Sales Manager
Develop subject-matter expertise in infection management and related clinical challenges
Identify strategic accounts and future clinical advocates
Establish key users and gather data for case studies
Collaborate with surgeons to collect and present clinical data
Expand adoption into podiatry, podiatric surgery, and soft-tissue applications
Develop key surgeons, clinicians, and hospitals into long-term advocates for the technology
Capitalize on significant growth opportunities arising from existing indications and future regulatory approvals
Operate in a fully ethical, compliant, and integrity-driven manner
Collaborate closely with marketing and clinical/technical research teams to define product positioning and develop effective marketing materials
Identify sources of clinical data to support regulatory submissions and health-economic evaluations
Qualifications:
Proven sales background in orthopaedics in the medical devices, or the pharmaceutical industry
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Driven, ethical, approachable, and passionate about improving patient outcomes
Willing to take full ownership of a region and develop a clear, data-driven business plan
Strong ability to influence and engage key healthcare professionals, including surgeons, microbiologists, and procurement stakeholders
Naturally curious, highly motivated, and eager to learn
Resilient, tenacious, and resourceful in the face of challenges or rejection
Comfortable presenting to clinical audiences and supporting product use in operating theatre environments
