Role Overview A Customer & Business Solutions Representative I works in all aspects of customer service including product selection, order processing, and inventory management. This role may also involve helping in the warehouse—from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries, operating a forklift, pitching in with housekeeping, and supporting general branch needs.
A Sample of What You’ll Do in this Role
Assist with electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner
Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment
Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs
Assist with monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory
Support the Sales Team with inaccurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns
Prepare reports under manager’s supervision
Aid team members in administrative tasks
What You Bring To The Role
0-1 years of experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to learn JD Edwards (training will be provided)
The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely
High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation And Benefits
The base compensation for this position ranges from $15.96 to $21.28 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
