Role Description We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for a hybrid role based in Jackson, MI, with the flexibility to occasionally work from home. The Customer Service Representative will assist in managing customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and delivering excellent support. Day-to-day tasks include resolving customer concerns, processing orders, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries, and maintaining positive client relationships. The role requires effective communication, a customer-first mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction

Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Experience and maintaining high Customer Satisfaction levels

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work both onsite in Jackson, MI, and remotely

Proficiency using relevant tools and software for customer relationship management (CRM) is an advantage

Previous experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role is preferred
