Our client, located in Nashville, is a
Director of Event Logistics
to lead end-to-end execution of premium, high-touch events. This is a critical leadership role overseeing logistics strategy, onsite execution, budgeting, and a growing team.
What You’ll Do
Lead planning and execution of complex events from kickoff through close‑out
Manage and develop a logistics team
Own event budgets, job costing, staffing plans, and profitability
Partner with clients, vendors, and leadership to deliver exceptional experiences
Be hands‑on when needed, including onsite execution and troubleshooting for the day of events
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of event logistics, event management, or hospitality experience
Proven people leadership and strong project management skills
Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on execution
Strong financial, organizational, and communication skills
Must reside in or relocate to Nashville, TN
Title:
Director of Event Logistics
Salary:
$100–$125k salary + bonus opportunity
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
