Director – Transaction Advisory Services
I am partnering with a highly respected, boutique Transaction Advisory firm to identify a Director for their Transaction Advisory Services practice. This firm focuses exclusively on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and Office of the CFO to support private equity firms, independent sponsors, and strategic acquirers.

This is an opportunity to join a growing advisory platform with meaningful client exposure and leadership responsibility.
The Director will serve as a senior leader within the practice, overseeing complex engagements, advising clients on transaction-related risks, and contributing to the continued growth of the firm.
This individual will operate as a true client advisor bringing strong commercial acumen, sound judgment, and deep transaction experience to each engagement.

Lead and oversee complex buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
Provide Office of the CFO support to private equity-backed and sponsor-owned portfolio companies
Advise private equity and strategic clients on deal risks, quality of earnings, working capital, and transaction implications
Review and approve key analyses, reports, and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and commercial relevance
Mentor and develop Managers and Senior Associates
Support business development efforts and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth initiatives
