Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Property Manager at The Joseph Group. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of residential properties, handling tenant relations, managing property maintenance and upkeep, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, the Property Manager will be involved in leasing activities and financial management related to the properties.
Qualifications
Property management, real estate, and leasing expertise
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in property maintenance and project management
Knowledge of relevant landlord-tenant laws and regulations
Organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in property management software
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
Certification in Property Management is a plus
