Good Karma Brands – Milwaukee is looking for a Partnership Coordinator to assist our growing sales team and reaching new heights. The primary role of this Partnership Coordinator will be to support the WTMJ sales team and management by assisting with any and all sales related tasks including entering orders, filling out the necessary paperwork, helping brainstorm solutions and creating marketing campaigns, running daily/weekly/monthly reports for Marketing Consultants, assisting with scheduling, managing trade partnerships, and more. Partnership Coordinators are responsible for the day‑to‑day administrative work relating to the GKB Milwaukee sales department.

Daily Tasks of a Partnership Coordinator

Work in a team environment and directly support multiple Marketing Consultants

Enter sales orders and all other internal administrative tasks that relate to corporate sales partnerships primarily focused on the Sports Audio/Local Brands & Events team (NewsRadio 620WTMJ, WTMJ Digital and 101.7 TheTruth, etc..)

Revise sales orders in Wide Orbit when needed and work directly with Marketing Consultants to receive any missing copy

Coordinate with Producers and Marketing Consultants to schedule production recordings for partner commercials, interviews, and vignettes as part of campaign execution and sponsorships

Responsible for sending commercial times and invoice copies directly to partners

Assist Marketing Consultants with any sales related tasks as needed and help be a resource for the sales teams

Fill out necessary paperwork for Marketing Consultants including New Partner Forms, Digital Production Forms, V-Creative, etc.

Run monthly reports for all Marketing Consultants (billing, commercial schedule, etc.) and confirm orders daily in Wide Orbit

Be knowledgeable in Salesforce and assist Marketing Consultants with reporting and tracking

Attend select partner meetings

Manage GKB Milwaukee trade partnerships and orders

Work GKB Milwaukee signature events and community events when needed

Utilize and develop an expertise of all research tools, including AI, to assist team

Assist with updating and/or creating presentations on behalf of Marketing Consultants for prospective and current advertising partners

Participate in idea brainstorming sessions for marketing campaign presentations

Collaborate with sales departments across other Good Karma Brands markets in the Midwest

Back‑up additional Partnership Coordinator(s) in the Milwaukee market across other assets

Other assigned tasks

Preferred knowledge, skills, and qualifications

Interest in sales and marketing long‑term

Radio and Digital experience are a plus

Experience with Wide Orbit and Salesforce is a plus, but not required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Extreme attention to detail

Capability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at one time

Passion to be a part of a team and the ability to work independently

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment - a multi‑tasker

With this career, you are required to hold a valid driver’s license

Hours/Salary/Benefits This is a non‑exempt role with a competitive base salary and overtime eligible for hours worked over 40 per week. This role is eligible for full benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan, Dependent Care, paid parental leave, and more with opportunities for salary growth increase with skills and responsibilities and meeting targeted goals. The position will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
