Business Consultant – Medius
Do you have a background in finance and hands-on experience with the Medius platform? Are you ready to take the next step into a customer-facing consultant role where your expertise creates real value? Do you want to work in a global, close-knit team that values collaboration, ownership, and shared success?
About the Role As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing Medius AP Automation, one of the world’s leading solutions for automating supplier invoice processes. You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle — from early planning and solution design to configuration, go-live, and customer enablement.
Medius is typically implemented as an add-on to ERP systems such as Infor M3 or Microsoft Dynamics 365, and you will work closely with customers to ensure the solution is aligned with their business processes and delivers measurable value.
This is a varied, hands‑on role — no two weeks look the same. You will participate in:
Project kick‑offs and planning sessions
System configuration and process optimization
Customer workshops and training sessions
Ongoing customer relationship management and advisory support
You will collaborate with both customers and a global internal project team, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customers get maximum return on their Medius investment.
Our customers are typically large, international organizations across industries such as manufacturing, food & beverage, and fashion.
As part of the Enterprise Information Management team, you’ll join a culture built on freedom with responsibility, knowledge‑sharing, and continuous development — for both our people and our customers — supported by modern technology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to full lifecycle implementations of Medius AP Automation
Advise customers on finance and accounts payable best practices
Analyze and streamline invoice and financial processes
Configure and optimize Medius solutions to meet customer needs
Deliver workshops, training, and solution walkthroughs
Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships
Collaborate with global internal teams across projects
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience working with the Medius platform
3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, accounts payable, or similar roles
Experience with full lifecycle software implementations
Customer‑facing consulting experience with external clients
ERP implementation experience; knowledge of Medius, Dynamics 365, or Infor M3 is highly desirable
Experience working in multi‑user, multi‑client environments
Understanding of data integrity, security, and best practices
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, including occasional non‑standard hours
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Willingness to travel approximately 25%
Nice to Have
