You’ll be the heartbeat of our office and showroom—supporting customers, coordinating office events, and helping foster a positive, organized, and welcoming work environment.

What You’ll Do: Customer Experience:

Respond to customer emails, chats, phone calls, voicemails, and reviews in a timely, kind, and professional manner

Process returns, exchanges, refunds, restocks, and order updates within established timelines

Greet and assist walk-in customers, provide product education, and support in-store sales

Ensure every customer interaction reflects Saranoni’s commitment to comfort, warmth, and connection

Office & Showroom Operations:

Manage daily office and showroom operations, including opening/closing procedures

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace

Coordinate basic administrative tasks such as invoices, check runs, chargebacks, and documentation

Keep shared systems, files, and internal tools organized and up to date People Operations & Culture Support

Assist with job postings, team communications, reimbursements, and internal documentation

Support employee celebrations, company meetings, morale initiatives, and donations tracking

Help plan and execute warehouse sales, company events, and trade show support

What You Bring:

Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail

Confident, friendly communicator who enjoys working with customers and teammates

Self-starter who takes initiative, sees what needs to be done, and follows through

Ability to manage recurring responsibilities independently and follow established processes

Comfort working across multiple systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools

Proactive, dependable, adaptable, and solutions-oriented

Desire to help the company grow by improving systems, organization, and experience through your work

Experience in a customer-facing, administrative, operations, or office role is strongly preferred
