This role provides the opportunity to lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for innovative technology products in a fully remote, high-performance environment. You will shape messaging and positioning, drive product launches, and collaborate closely with product, sales, regional marketing, and content teams to create campaigns that resonate with both technical and business audiences. The position emphasizes creativity, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration, allowing you to measure impact, optimize marketing funnels, and elevate customer engagement. You will be part of a global team, working with colleagues across multiple countries while influencing key product marketing initiatives that shape the market. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, storytelling, and scaling GTM strategies worldwide.

Accountabilities

Develop and execute GTM strategies for a portfolio of technology products.

Lead messaging and positioning initiatives to ensure products stand out in competitive markets.

Plan and produce marketing content, including website copy, whitepapers, blogs, and sales enablement materials.

Collaborate with regional marketing and product teams to design and execute integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth.

Manage product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to maximize awareness and adoption.

Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to refine messaging and strategy.

Support customer engagement strategies, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives.

Plan and execute global events, webinars, and community meetups aligned with GTM priorities.

Requirements

Proven experience in product marketing, preferably for enterprise software, cloud, DevOps, or open-source solutions.

Strong passion for technology, software, and open-source communities.

Excellent storytelling and communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to business audiences.

Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track metrics and refine strategies for improved performance.

Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, partners, and marketing teams.

Growth-oriented, comfortable experimenting, learning, and iterating on marketing approaches.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
