What We Are Seeking We are seeking a licensed full-time experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR). Self-motivated, knowledgeable, driven and dedicated with strong Personal Lines experience are key qualities that will set a candidate apart.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with serving personal lines policies, including but not limited to, auto and homeowners’ insurance.
Support policy renewals, endorsement and basic policy changes.
Respond to client inquiries and direct requests appropriately.
Communicate with insurance carriers and internal team members as needed.
Maintain accurate client and policy records in the agency management system (AMS360).
Learn to identify coverage needs and support coverage recommendations.
Provide professional, courteous service to clients at all times.
License: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Personal Lines with an independent insurance agency
Strong working knowledge of AMS360 agency management system
Preferred Skills
Some College; No Degree
License: Property & Casualty (RI or MA)
