Role Description This is a part-time role based in Austin Texas (South Lamar) for a Fulfillment & Customer Service & Social Media role at a fashion brand.
The role involves but not limited to:
managing daily operations such as processing and packing orders
assisting customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
maintaining accurate records of inventory
steaming garments, lifting boxes (no more than 45 lbs)
posting for social media
responding to customer inquiries from social media
We are looking for someone who is interested in women's fashion and has some experience in customer service. This role may evolve into a full time position. Must be able to work in the US and can work at least 3 days a week / we are flexible with hours.

Qualifications
Experience in Packing and managing order fulfillment processes
Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and resolve customer concerns
Detail Oriented
Experience with Shopify is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in basic computer skills and inventory management systems
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
